Tesco Mobile has launched it’s 5G service, and prices are looking incredibly low with 5G deals starting at £15 a month for SIM-only and pay monthly 5G deals from £30 per month.

Affordable 5G

“Tesco is known for being a reliable and affordable brand and it could well see its customer base grow thanks to its 5G sim only contracts for as little as £15 a month,” commented Rob Baillie, mobile comms expert at www.comparemymobile.com. “In short, if Tesco keep its prices low, it could boast the most competitively priced 5G deals around,” he continued.

Indeed, the Tesco Mobile 5G prices are undeniably attractive but UK 5G phone users will actually need to select a plan costing £20 upwards for a decent amount of data. A £15 deal gets 5GB, where as a £20 deal gets 20GB.

It’s a similar story with the 5G phone deals – the £30 contact on Samsung's Galaxy A90 5G only gets 5GB of data so users will need to price up to £39.99 to get 50GB.
